  • Quality – Every tuxedo that leaves our store goes through an 18-point check inspection. Everything from cleanliness to each individual button is considered.
  • Selection – We carry the latest name brand tuxedos and the largest selection of full back vests in the Los Angeles area. If that isn’t enough, we can obtain any US manufactured style that you request for an additional fee.
  • Fit – Our professionals will take an initial fitting, and when you pick up your rental, we insist that you try on your tuxedo. If by any chance something doesn’t fit, we will change or alter on the spot.
  • Price Guarantee – We guarantee to have the lowest prices in town. If you find the exact tuxedo that you chose at Gregory’s anywhere else for a lower price, we will BEAT their price by $5 per tuxedo.
  • History – Tuxedo shops have come and gone but Gregory’s has been here at this same location since 1976. We started out as a tailoring shop so we know what it means to give individualized service. The Grigorian family has been a part of the North Hollywood community since opening the store and has been proudly running the business for 3 generation.

In store Return Policy

Retail Return Policy:

  • We accept returns on any and all unused and non seasonal items for 5 days.
  • We do not accept returns on product that have been altered.
  • We accept exchanges on unused items for 14 days.
  • Film/TV and Costuming are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee for all purchases.
  • Special Order items and shipping cost is Non-Refundable
  • Closeout items are final sale.
  • Deposits are Non- Refundable.
  • Online return policy does not apply to in store sales

Rental Policy:

  • Late Rental Reservations (same week) are subject to an additional $40
  • Final fitting is required upon pick up
  • Customers who choose not to try on the outfit in store forfeit the right to raise concerts about the fit after leaving the premises.
  • Rentals should be return the following business day after the event, holidays excluded, otherwise they forfeit their security deposit
