Shipping Policy

  1. Orders are shipped 1-5 business days after an order is placed.
  2. *BUSINESS DAYS are defined as Monday through Friday not including weekends or national holidays.
  3. Standard Ground shipping with either the United States Post Office or UPS can take up to 15 business days depending on your location within the United States.
  4. We also have the option for Priority Mail with the Post Office(2-4 days) and 2nd Day Delivery with UPS
  5. Priority shipping transit time does not include the 1-5 days processing time upon placing the order.
  6. If it is imperative that your order be shipped the same day it is placed, please call us at 1-818-980-5480 and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
  7. Some lower priced heavier set items such as shoes will have an increase in the ground shipping price.
  8. Sales Tax applicable only for our customers in California.
  9. In the event that we cannot ship your order by the week it is ordered, we will contact you via email or we will call you to make alternative arrangements.
  10. Due to the fact that our website does not track inventory on some products, our website might not show if an item is actually out of stock.
    • If you are placing a time sensitive order we recommend you call us for a stock check or to give you an estimate inventory date of arrival.
  11. If you have not received your package but our courier shows package was delivered, you must contact the courier and file a lost package claim.
    • At the end of the investigation if the courier concludes the package is lost we will then issue a refund or reship your order at no additional charge.
    • You must provide us with a copy of the claim results including claim number.
    • We cannot reship or process any refund until the claim investigation is closed and complete.

FAQ

  1. When will I get my order?
    • When your package ships, you will be notified with a tracking number.
  2. What does dropship mean? That doesn’t give me a tracking number
    • When a package is drop shipped, it is shipped from one of our fulfillment center warehouses directly to you, without making a pitstop at our store in Los Angeles. Some packages may come from New Jersey, some from Washington State, some from Maryland, and other parts of Southern California.
    • Drop Shipped packages will not have a tracking number available immediately. The tracking information will be available upon request, and primarily shipped with UPS.
  3. What is a clearance cart?
    • Clearance cart pricing refers to a full cart of items only with clearance items priced under $10 per item. We offer less shipping for these products.
    • If, however, you have more items in your cart at regular price, your shipping cost will reflect regular shipping prices.
  4. What’s the difference between USPS Ground and UPS Ground SurePost?
    • USPS Ground is sent with the United States Post Office. Transit time takes between 2-7 business days plus Saturdays.
    • UPS SurePost is sent with UPS which is understood as more reliable transit service offering guaranteed delivery. Transit for SurePost takes between 2-7 business days.
  5. What’s the difference between USPS Priority and UPS 2nd Day?
    • USPS Priority is sent with the United States Post Office. Priority packages are insured in case of damages or loss, and takes 2-3 business days plus Saturdays as transit time. This is not a guaranteed service.
    • UPS 2nd Day will send your package by air with a UPS guarantee of 2 business days. Please be advised, UPS does not deliver on the weekends
  6. I paid for 2nd Day /Priority Shipping and it didn’t get here in 2 days!
    • 2nd Day Delivery and Priority Shipping refer to the transit time. Please take into account the processing time (1-5 business days) in our Policy. Please note these request shipping options are processed first and we strive to get them out as soon as possible. The transit time is guaranteed, but our processing time varies.
  7. I have a tracking number but it’s not here yet!
    • If you have a tracking number for your order, please reach out to the carrier and ask for more details.
    • We would love to be assisting you every step of the way but after a package has left the shipping department and it is in Courier’s hands, they have a better idea of where your package is at the moment.
    • Keep in mind USPS Priority packages are insured, and you can make claims. Any UPS packages have guarantees, and you can make claims.
